This you can literally throw together. Use anything you have in your pantry or fridge.

First of all, think simplistically. You do not need to have a recipe. So how do we make this thing? I'll give you a list of ingredients you can throw together, and you may do as you please with them, including the amount of each ingredient you use. Have fun with it!

Pre baked/microwaved potatoes (any variety)

Carrots

Spinach

Kale

Corn

Fresh/frozen peas

Zucchini

Yellow squash

Celery

Red/yellow pepper

Tomatoes

Mushrooms (any variety)

Beans (any variety)

Veggie broth

Garlic

Onion

Rosemary (fresh or dried)

Oregano (fresh or dried)

Black pepper

Salt

Directions:

1. Bake/microwave the potatoes. If microwaving, cook for 8 minutes (or until soft). If baking, bake at 400 degrees for an hour. *Make sure to poke raw potatoes with a fork four to five times on each side so they won't explode.

2. Get a large pot, and saute the onion and garlic in about 2 tbsp of veggie broth for about 3 minutes on medium heat.

3. Chop all ingredients

4. Throw all ingredients into the pot along with the spices and rest of veggie broth. Cook until veggies are soft (probably about 30 minutes on high/medium heat or less depending on the amount of ingredients used).

Enjoy!
